I view the men of St. Mark Community Church in a similar way.  For me and for
our church family, you have been like strong pillars of faith, undergirding this
entire ministry. When I think of you I see you, whether you were sitting, standing,
serving, helping, working or just being there, you were ready at any moment to
assist in any way.

Thank you so much for supporting Pastor Romes and providing such a strong
presence and a circle of support that enabled him to minister without added
stress or distractions. When you supported him it sustained our families, both
home and church.

Thank you for reflecting God’s love towards your church family.  Thank you for
being good husbands to your wives, good fathers to your children and
responsible, upstanding men of God.  Because of who you are and what you do,
we all can look forward to the future with hope.

May God bless you in every way. We both love you.

Happy Father’s Day!

Sis. Romes

To the Men of St. Mark Community

“The godly walk with integrity; blessed
are their children who follow them.”
(Proverbs 20:7)

Ok so I’m an old fashioned girl. I had a
blessed and fulfilling childhood.  As a
child I saw the men in my family as the
backbone, the protectors, the
providers.  I felt safe when my dad was
home and I always felt loved and

Our Father God took on that role for
me as I grew into a woman and could
look back and understand that my
father was merely reflecting the love of
God when he was caring for our family
the way that he did.
